GUERRERA WRITER

Guerrera Bio

Guerrera Writer

Guerrera Writer was born from the story of a young Puerto Rican girl who never had the chance to experience the Scholastic Book Fair, a girl who lived between two languages—English and Spanish. It was the dream of that girl to become the storyteller she wished she could relate to, to share her voice in a world that didn’t always understand her. Guerrera Writer is more than just a company; it’s the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to make space for others like her.

At Guerrera Writer, we offer a range of services designed to empower writers and storytellers on their journeys. From social work writing services, public speaking engagements, and 1:1 coaching to self-published works and journaling tools, we are here to support your growth. We also host a free weekly writing group to help you get started and stay motivated, providing a welcoming space for everyone, no matter where they are in their writing journey.

Our mission is simple: to inspire and empower you to write your story in the language that feels true to you. Join us, and let’s create something amazing together.

Guerrera Bio

Hola! I’m Mydalis aka Guerrera Writer, a Puerto Rican writer who loves getting creative with words. I hold an MFA in Nonfiction Creative Writing from Bay Path University, but beyond the degrees and titles, I’m just a writer who’s passionate about sharing stories and connecting with others. I’ve published my own collection of sayings and affirmations called Warrior Guerrera: Sayings and Affirmations para las Guerreras, a poetry chapbook titled Warrior Guerreras and Broken Hearts, Burning Suns, and the Guerrera Writer Journal. My work has also been featured in publications like Multiplicity Magazine, The Nasiona, Latino Book Review, and the MultiCreative Wisdom Anthology.

When I’m not writing, you can find me hanging out with my best friend, Callie—my cat who’s always by my side (she’s kind of a big deal around here). Oh, and by the way, my favorite color is black. I’m all about keeping things fun and relaxed, which is why I also host the Guerrera Writing Group—a free weekly writing hangout every Monday evening from 7 PM to 8 PM where we come together to write, share, and encourage each other. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting out, I’d love for you to join us and make some new writing friends!
